One-on-one consultation and demonstrations for clay and ceramics.

 

Topics include:

Wheel-throwing, hand-building, glazing, formulating/reformulating glazes, setting up a clay studio, firing kilns and programs, photographing artwork, tile and installation, murals, mosaics, decals, stamps, clay musical instruments, whistling water vessels, using native clay's in clay bodies and glazes and more. My credentials:

I have my MFA in Ceramics and have taught at college-level for over 5 years and community based Ceramics for 13 years. I am the Studio Manager at Seward Park Clay Studio in Seattle, Washington, where I also teach classes to the public. With over 21 years of professional clay experience, I'm sure I can help you.

I can meet virtually, by phone, email, text, or in person. I charge $50 per hour and ask for payment before our consultation begins. Minimum consultation is 1/2 hour.
